The last day of school is the best day of school

This is Courtney on her first day of first grade back in August. It is hard to believe in a few weeks school will be finished for the year.  The kids are looking forward to warm weather & lazy days at the pool (me too!)

Hayley and her ice cream

This is Hayley at 'Ohana restaurant in Disney World.  She was three years old in this picture and couldn't be happier.  The average American eats 20 gallons of ice cream a year (yes, that is a true stat, I looked it up).  I think Hayley eats that amount in a month.  She doesn't stop at ice cream!  She loves Popsicles, ice cream sandwiches, ice cream cake.......you get the idea.   She can hear the ice cream man from a mile away.  The ice cream man stops outside our house as he knows we are a guaranteed sale!

Hayley's Birthday

Can you spot Hayley ?  Almost every photo of her little party has her covered up by a friend, cake or Courtney.   The top of her head is peeking out from behind Courtney in this picture.  Unfortunately, this is the best photograph of her group of friends, too bad you can't really see her.   However, I can tell you she looked beautiful and had on the cutest dress!

One of my favs!

In my continuing quest to organize my stack of memory cards I came across this photograph.  This is one of those photographs where you remember exactly the day it was taken like it was just yesterday.  It is one of my all time favorites of Sean and Carter.

Happy Birthday

Sean,  when I think of the many roles you have, Coach, Brownie Baker, "Captain" of Industry, Manicurist, Hairdresser, Tutor, Swim Instructor, Living Chair, Chef, Father and Husband (just to name a few) am I reminded over and over why we are going through life together as a pair.  You are the smile to my frown and I love you for that!   Our children our extremely blessed to have you for their Dad.  They are growing up surrounded by a special love that only a father can give.  I am proud to be your wife and love you, Theresa

Summer Fun

This summer seemed to go by in a flash and several things I wanted to post about got put to the side.  I am trying to catch up and would like to share some of our fun summer activities that I neglected to share.  

This video was taken at Kings Island.  We have gone there the last two years to celebrate Carters birthday.  The girls love the bumper cars!  Even with about twenty other cars on the ride they still manage to find and bump into each other!  (Click on the video to watch in full screen mode)
