Hayley's Birthday Wish

 

Hayley's birthday wish was to meet the 'real' Rapunzel.  Of course, she had to do it in style.  It seems I say this for every birthday or event, but I honestly can't believe she is now four years old! 

Hayley, your smile lights up my day & your laugh makes me laugh.  Considering your are the 'baby' of the family you certainly can hold your own in this crazy house.  You are feisty and fun all wrapped into one.  Your sister is your best friend and nothing makes me happier.  We love you!

Our kids love all the fun Fall activities, pumpkin patch visits, hayrides, apple picking, corn maze and much more, but as it gets cooler we miss Summer !

Lego Store in Orlando

Carter loves this Lego store in Orlando (he wouldn't pose for pictures because he was busy shopping).  This year they have added brand new creations to the outside of the store.   They are amazing.

Happy 10th Birthday

This is such a cliche, but the last ten years have gone by so quickly!  A note to the birthday boy from Mom.

It seems like a few short years ago you would fall asleep on your dads chest and we would both just look at you while you slept.  Now we are lucky if we get a hug  (a kiss is completely out of the question).  

You are one of my greatest joys and also my biggest challenge.  You can make me laugh and cry within the same 24 hours.   I love how you come to me when you think nobody else is listening.  I love your dinner time endless lists of favorite things.  I love how the girls look up to you (remember they are always watching and learning from you).    I love your trouble stories (even though you have way too many).  

So many people love you!  Mom and Dad are very proud of you and love you very much (always remember that).

When Sean was little he would hide from the witch in the Wizard of Oz.  I would hide the same way when these robots came on TV from a show called Dr. Who.  It must be genetic, sorry Hayley!
