So Sweet

I found this note in Courtney's room.  She loves to journal and doodle on paper, notebooks, furniture and yes, even her bed sheets.  She often writes notes to people or draws a picture with the intention of mailing it, but she usually forgets and has a large collection of loose papers and sealed envelopes.  I have been collecting them as I find them and they are such fun finds!

End of Summer

The pool is officially closed for the year.  Hayley learned to swim this year, jump off the diving board and go down the slide by herself.  Carter worked on perfecting his under water handstand.  Courtney call hold her breath and swim the entire width of the pool.  Another great Summer in the bag!

Back to School

It is hard to believe, but all three of my kiddos are in school (almost) full time.  As you can see Hayley was extremely excited to get on the bus and even more excited to get off the bus.

Orlando Summer 2013

They really do like each other !  My family holding hands while walking to Universal Studios at 8am.  (In case you are wondering, I am lagging behind carrying two bags, the camera and four water bottles, so relaxing!

The last day of school is the best day of school

This is Courtney on her first day of first grade back in August. It is hard to believe in a few weeks school will be finished for the year.  The kids are looking forward to warm weather & lazy days at the pool (me too!)

Hayley and her ice cream

This is Hayley at 'Ohana restaurant in Disney World.  She was three years old in this picture and couldn't be happier.  The average American eats 20 gallons of ice cream a year (yes, that is a true stat, I looked it up).  I think Hayley eats that amount in a month.  She doesn't stop at ice cream!  She loves Popsicles, ice cream sandwiches, ice cream cake.......you get the idea.   She can hear the ice cream man from a mile away.  The ice cream man stops outside our house as he knows we are a guaranteed sale!

Hayley's Birthday

Can you spot Hayley ?  Almost every photo of her little party has her covered up by a friend, cake or Courtney.   The top of her head is peeking out from behind Courtney in this picture.  Unfortunately, this is the best photograph of her group of friends, too bad you can't really see her.   However, I can tell you she looked beautiful and had on the cutest dress!

One of my favs!

In my continuing quest to organize my stack of memory cards I came across this photograph.  This is one of those photographs where you remember exactly the day it was taken like it was just yesterday.  It is one of my all time favorites of Sean and Carter.
